Nuclear Quality Supervisor

A client in the greater Chattanooga area is looking to hire a Nuclear Quality Supervisor to join their team. This person will be responsible for ensuring that the products and services are up to standards and code specifications, and will manage two analysts.
They will be involved in the entire manufacturing process from pre-quality check offs/verifying orders, to post design support. When a customer request comes through, they will make sure that the M&TE is working properly and that the program itself has the calibrated tools needed. They will prepare quality reports (ppm, COQ, etc.) by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data.
They will work closely with suppliers, employees at all levels, customers, and will provide regulatory oversight to third-party auditors . They will act as the liaison between the company and customers for resolution of quality problems and delivery, and will implement any necessary corrective action in compliances.
60% is program management, 30% is sales, 10% is customer service.
