Nurse, Clinical - Float
Description: Will be supporting Internal Medicine, OBGYN, Pediatrics, and Vaccine clinics.
Will float to North Arundel, Annapolis, Woodlawn, Columbia Gateway, and South Baltimore.
Job Summary:

As a leader of the health care team, provides professional nursing care, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care, policies, and procedures.  Demonstrates performance consistent with the Vision, Mission, and Strategic Plan of the Organization. Remains flexible to changing systems; is expected to demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practice; and treats co-workers, patients, families, and all members of the health care team with dignity and respect. Coordinates and monitors care of patients in the assigned clinic area. Accountable for traveling within a Zone and/or reasonable geographical area.



Essential Responsibilities:

100% Travel.
Basic Qualifications: Experience

Minimum two (2) years of current experience in HMO or ambulatory setting is required.
Education
Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program. License, Certification, Registration This job requires credentials from multiple states. Credentials from the primary work state are required before hire. Additional Credentials from the secondary work state(s) are required post hire.
Registered Nurse License (District of Columbia) within 6 months of hire AND Registered Nurse License (Maryland) within 6 months of hire AND Registered Nurse License (Virginia) within 6 months of hire Basic Life Support from American Heart Association
Additional Requirements:
Effective interpersonal and customer service skills.Effective communication (written and oral) skills.Proficiency in the use of applicable computer software.Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.Must be flexible, embrace frequent changing priorities and workflows in a positive and gracious manner.Effective problem-solving skills.Experience in IV therapy is required. Preferred Qualifications:
American Heart Association ACLS preferredAmerican heart Association PALS preferredBSN Preferred.
