About the Role:

As an RN or LPN, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality care in a short-term rehab setting while fostering meaningful connections with our residents in a supportive and professional atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Uphold, interpret, and implement the facility’s objectives and nursing department protocols.Plan, coordinate, and supervise the activities of our nursing staff within your assigned area.Conduct daily rounds to ensure exceptional patient care.Facilitate daily meetings with the unit staff to assess patient needs and communicate updates on policies and procedures.Extend a warm welcome to visitors and assist them in meeting the emotional needs of our residents.

Essential Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 months of nursing experience in a Short-Term Rehab setting (RN or LPN).Valid NYS LPN or RN license.Graduation from an accredited nursing program.Strong oral and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills and experience supervising support staff.Experience working with the elderly population.

Additional Skills:

Familiarity with Sigmacare is welcomed, though training will be provided.Willingness to commit to assigned shifts and work every other weekend.

Work Environment:

This is a fully on-site position in beautiful New Rochelle, NY, with openings for full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts. Our schedule includes morning, evening, and night shifts, as well as alternating weekends. Specific hours available include:

1st Shift: 7 AM - 3 PM2nd Shift: 3 PM - 11 PM3rd Shift: 11 PM - 7 AM

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
