Qualifications:
Active LPN Licensure in the state of employment or National Pharmacy Technician Licensure.This role requires 75% travel, giving you the chance to engage directly with our clients.What We Offer:

Responsibilities Reviews nursing home medication pass process and provides feedbackPerforms Mar-Med Card audits, Med Records audits, Med Cart Audits, Med Room Audits, and 3-way audits in assigned facilitiesPerforms new business start-up implementations when necessaryPerforms mock surveysUnderstands customer issues and challenges; quickly and effectively provides a plan for resolutionActs as a performance improvement resource for the pharmacy.Develops and maintains relationships with professional organizations and national/state agencies to enhance knowledge base relative to pharmaceutical therapies and educationPerforms other tasks as assigned QualificationsEducation/Learning Experience:
Required: Licensed Nurse (LVN/LPN) or National Certified Pharmacy Technician with minimum of 1 year of experience in LTC Pharmacy or Long-Term Care facilityDesired: Licensed Nurse (LVN/LPN) or National Certified Pharmacy Technician with 2+ years of experience in LTC PharmacyWork Experience:
Required: 1-year experience practicing in an LTC nursing facility or pharmacyDesired: Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferredSkills/Knowledge:
Desired: Knowledge of industry related federal/state regulations preferredLicenses/Certifications:
