Nurse Coordinator, Partial Hospitalization

Regions Hospital is seeking an experienced RN with demonstrated effective project management skills and strong organization skills to join our Partial Hospitalization program in a Nurse Coordinator position.  This position is a .8 FTE working M-F day shift 7:30am-4:00pm.

In this position, you will ensure effective and efficient department functioning by working directly with the leadership team in planning and developing partial hospitalization services for mental health patients. Responsible for providing mental health clinical expertise in the areas of group dynamics and facilitation, intake, assessment, care management and direct patient care to patients within the partial hospitalization program. Provides supervision and coordination of care during daily operations, while ensuring high quality service is provided to each client.

Work Schedule:

M-F day shift 7:30am-4:00pm

Required Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited program in nursing. Bachelor’s degree in nursing required. Two to five years of experience as a Registered Nurse within Mental Health, with two years in a nursing leadership position (i.e. charge nurse, assistant nurse manager, nurse manager). Mental health background including outpatient experience with therapeutic group planning, facilitation and supervision required. Two additional years of experience in a nursing leadership position may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree. Current Minnesota Registered Nurse Licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) required
