What You'll Be Doing

The Nurse Manager is the leadership associate/employee responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, implementing and evaluating the management, administrative operations and clinical practice activities within one or more areas on a twenty-four-hour basis.

A priority of this position is for the Manager to utilize principles of service excellence to achieve goals on staff development, staff satisfaction and staff retention. Provides for patient care services that are coordinated to provide a seamless, integrated system of care that is high value, cost effective and customer focused.

The Manager is committed to creating a work environment that fosters pride, teamwork and continuous learning and ability to meet patient needs. The Manager must have knowledge of psychiatric services, standards, de-escalation, and related nursing standards and be aware of the changing health care environment locally and nationwide.

What We're Looking For  Master’s in Nursing required3 years related experience, supervisory experience, psychiatric experience required. Experience with adult, geriatric, and child populations Valid NJ RN LicenseBLS (Basic Life Support)Ability to lead, mentor, coach, and educate others as needed to accomplish projects. Polished communication and presentation skills both oral and written skills What We Offer
