Nurse Educator
The clinical educator is a registered nurse with expertise in education who influences professional role, competence and professional growth of nurses in a variety of settings. The clinical educator serves as an educator, change agent, facilitator, consultant and researcher.  The Clinical Educator supports the development of bedside nurses and fosters empowerment through knowledge and skills to achieve excellence through the delivery of evidence-based nursing practice.

Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and Master's Degree in Nursing or actively enrolled in program, projected completion 18 months from date of hire Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire  3 years related clinical experience in area of specialty Adult Education – course development Preferred qualifications:  Certification in nursing core specialty upon hire Formal educator experience Leadership experience Simulation (high-fidelity and low-fidelity experience)
