Responsibilities + Performs training for DSPs on all OPWDD provided curriculums including medication administration, Injection certification, Diabetes, Tube Feeding, and Colostomy care. This includes both a didactic portion as well as all hands on practicums. + Supervises medication and injection administration practical examinations and annual recertification of same. Trains and provides direction to agency staff in health related areas and procedures Oversees medication administration policy and procedures and provides oversight to staff in implementation of same. Supervises respective residence manager(s) in role(s) as agency designated supervisor regarding medical issues at residential sites. + Oversees Aging services and provides education and trainings and assessments as needed.
