Job Summary: The Clinical Partnership Liaison is a Nurse Educator role with a primary focus on academic partnerships, apprenticeships, pathways, and mentorship as developed by the Organization. The Clinical Partnership Liaison: Serves as didactic and clinical Faculty for Apprenticeships, Partnerships, and Pathways. Helps coordinate the schedules of students on dedicated education units, as to optimize the clinical experience for the school and Organization. Serves as a mentor for apprenticeships, partnerships, and pathways for employees who have identified a career pathway or expressed a desire to do so. Recruits and enrolls employees into apprenticeships, pathways, and partnerships, implementing a talent pipeline for the Organization.
Job Summary: Current RN license to practice in NC (NC licensure or multi-state (compact) license). Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a nationally accredited institution is required. Master of Science in Nursing required within three years of hire. If does not hold or achieve Master of Science in Nursing, Education strategy, per NCBON requirement, must complete preparation in teaching and learning principles for adult education (including curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation) within three years of hire. Minimum of two years recent clinical experience in related area is required. The Clinical Partnership Faculty meet general hospital and departmental competency requirements. Current technical certificates such as Basic Life Support (BLS). Certification in specialty is preferred, with a requirement of specialty certification within 18 months of hire.
