Hourly Pay Range (Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum):

$64.955 - $83.813 - $102.671

The stated pay scale reflects the range that Sharp reasonably expects to pay for this position.  The actual pay rate and pay grade for this position will be dependent on a variety of factors, including an applicant’s years of experience, unique skills and abilities, education, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, other requirements for the position, and employer business practices.

What You Will Do
Bachelors prepared nurse who applies clinical expertise in evidence-based nursing practice within a specialty area and functions as clinical expert and educator. Leadership skills (system thinker and change agent) are role assumptions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing2 Years recent pertinent clinical experience.California Registered Nurse (RN) - CA Board of Registered Nursing -REQUIREDAHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - American Heart Association -REQUIRED

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree in Nursing or enrolled in a Master's program.Nursing Professional Development Certification (NPD-BC) - American Nurses Credentialing Center -PREFERRED

Other Qualification Requirements

Certification in specialty area of practice highly desired.
