\nA Registered Nurse in Nursing Professional Development Generalist role uses expertise to enhance healthcare methods for learners. They improve patient outcomes and their own techniques.
\nWhat You'll Do
\n\nYou will create and assess professional development programs aligned with current methodologies to promote ongoing learning.\nYou'll identify the needs of our staff, work closely with various teams, and modify educational material to suit those needs.\nYou will help implement education plans. You will create a positive environment to reach our goals.\nYou'll design and assess educational activities and projects. You'll engage team members and implement evidence-based content.\nUse reliable methods to evaluate program outcomes. Involve learners in evaluation and adjust material based on data collected.\nYou'll build relationships with various community education programs and weave ethics through all aspects of your educational practice.\n\nWhat Will Make You Successful In The Role

Qualifications
\n\nBachelor's Degree in a relevant field.\nAt least 2 years of pertinent experience is essential.\nRN license and BLS certification. If not BLS certified yet, they must obtain it within 30 days of hire.\n
