Functions in collaboration with the Director and Nurse Managers to develop and maintain the clinical orientation program and competency of all nursing staff. The primary responsibility is to ensure that nursing staff, new to the organization, have the resources, support and knowledge to provide excellent nursing care.
In addition, this System Level IV Educator will be working with frontline staff to improve vascular access skills, educating on best practices that align with Infusion Nurses Society and other governing bodies, and leading practice changes when applicable. The right candidate will have strong project management and self-leadership skills.

Required qualifications:
Coursework/Training: Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program. If incumbent does not have Bachelors of Nursing at time of hire, they must be enrolled and actively pursuing Bachelors of Nursing degree. Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire 3 years of Current nursing experience in acute care setting.Preferred qualifications:
