Nurse Educator - PACE/Elderplace

This is a hybrid position that will work remotely and traveling to sites.

The Clinical Educator provides expertise and serves as a role model, consultant and educator to Providence PACE and Housing staff and leaders. This position functions as a collaborative partner to develop a staff development program that is built on the foundations of the Providence Mission and PACE philosophy to support staff and leaders to transform the lives of those we serve. The Clinical Educator provides support to Core Leaders and staff to enhance the care and services by providing a robust onboarding process and ongoing learning opportunities.

This position performs all duties in a manner that promotes team concepts and reflects the Providence Health & Services mission, philosophy, and core values of respect, compassion, justice, excellence and stewardship.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 3 years Inpatient, home health, hospice, or long term care experience 1 year Nursing or healthcare education and curriculum development using a variety of adult teaching methods Clinical review and audit activity experience Infection Control activities (identification, surveillance, investigation, and prevention) experience

Preferred Qualifications:

1 year Electronic medical record (EPIC)
