dateNPD or Clinical Specialty Certification within two years of hire hiretransferBLS requiredKnowledge Skills and Ability Requirements Demonstrates ability to develop deliver and evaluate educational programsWorking knowledge of high reliability and LEAN process improvement strategiesDemonstrated leadership skills and a commitment to education as a methodology for promoting continuous quality
