GENERAL SUMMARY

This position is responsible for improving each guest's overall sense of well-being through various Medical Spa treatment and services, and to provide the highest level of Customer Service and Hospitality.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS

With a professional and friendly demeanor, you will listen to the guests’ needs for services to develop and maintain a personalized relationship that encourages repeat appointments. Complete intake chart and notes for each client thoroughly and with accuracy, filing same day as client’s service Educates patients on diagnosis and treatment plan with injectables Educate patients on benefits/risks and treatment alternatives for cosmetic procedures Performs procedures as qualified and trained in (but not limited to) injectables, (Botox, Voluma, Juvederm, Kybella) Recommends & refers to other providers for aesthetic treatments such as lasers, chemical peel and retail products to clients to extend treatment at home.

Communicate timely and follow up as appropriate.

Active participation in events, programs, meetings and training.

Represent the club in a professional manner through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow through and response

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Ability to read/understand, analyze, and interpret general training manuals, professional journals, or technical procedures; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from children, managers, Associates, members, and the general public.

Ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
