Nurse Manager

  Maintain operational aspects of the unit including participating in budget preparation, monitoring resources. Collaborate with human resources to hire and evaluate staff and resolve issues. Attend management meetings and participate on departmental committees. Serve as a clinical and technical resource and role model for staff, applying knowledge to daily practice. What you'll bring:   5+ years of Registered Nurse (RN) experience a stepdown or critical care capacity preferred 2+ years of progressive nurse leadership experience Education: Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required, Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
  Licensure: New York Registered Nurse (RN) License & Registration Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS)

 

The pay for this position ranges from $112,899 - $136,987 per year.

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
