Nurse Manager- Surgical Unit

Our Nurse Manager will:

Mentor, supervise, and evaluate the team to reach their full potential and inspire continual professional growth Participate in managing budgets, resource allocation, and scheduling Regularly assess unit operations and identify process improvements to enhance the patient experience

What you’ll bring:

Passion for Med/Surg & Nursing Leadership   2-5 Years of acute care hospital RN experience Previous leadership experience Regulatory knowledge Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
                    Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree preferred Licensure: New York Registered Nurse (RN) License & Registration Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) & Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

The range for this position is $130,774 - $154,163 per year.

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
