About the Role: As the Client Services Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for the administrative and clinical oversight of our Home Care Nursing Program, Adult Family Care (AFC), and Personal Care Attendant (PCA) programs. You will supervise Home Care nurses, provide clinical consultation, and participate in interdisciplinary case management. Key Responsibilities: + Oversee clinical assessments and eligibility determinations for nursing facility and community-based programs. + Collaborate with Program Directors and Supervisors to ensure effective nursing functions. + Conduct quality assurance and improvement activities. + Supervise and support Home Care RNs, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. + Coordinate regular meetings and provide education and training to nursing staff. + Interface with community health and human services providers. Qualifications: + Registered Nurse with a valid Massachusetts RN license. + BSN from an accredited nursing school. + Minimum of three years of clinical experience in a community or long-term care setting. + At least one year of supervisory, administrative, or managerial experience. + Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills. + Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Google Suite, and virtual platforms like Zoom/Google Meet.
