Job DescriptionComplete MassHealth Application and Evaluation for PCA Services in compliance with MassHealth regulations. Meet deadlines for completion and submission of these assessments. Work collaboratively with Occupational Therapists on Evaluations as needed. Work in conjunction with Functional Skills Trainers and the PCA Program Director to ensure consistency and compliance of all Evaluations before submission. Attend staff trainings and meetings.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
