Note: Benefits may vary based on position type and/or level **Job Summary** As Nursing Manager II Abdominal Transplant, you shape a positive team environment, ensure high-quality nursing practices, teamwork, and patient safety. You create plans, implement policies, manage resources, oversee finances, and manage quality improvement efforts.
