Lead and support our Occupational Health Services staff, ensuring top-notch clinical practice and patient care.Oversee and maintain Occupational Health programs, policies, and procedures at our facility.Supervise and evaluate nursing care, ensuring adherence to correct nursing procedures.Participate in facility management meetings to provide updates on occupational health.Conduct performance evaluations, interview and hire qualified nursing staff, and ensure adequate staffing on each shift.Manage workers’ compensation cases and ensure compliance with OSHA, state, company, and legal requirements.Contribute to safety and ergonomic programs, and develop health education programs for team members.What You’ll Need:
Education: A current, unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse is required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.Experience: 2+ years of management experience, preferably in occupational health nursing or a related field.Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to make independent decisions and solve problems effectively.Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and the ability to work with an electronic medical documentation system.Physical Requirements: Ability to walk through the plant, including climbing steps and using ladders, to ensure compliance with safety requirements.Travel: Minimal travel required (1-3 domestic trips per year).Be Part of Something Bigger
