They will manage a team of RN Case Managers who will ensure appropriate supervision of Home Health Aides and quality care to patients. Current Help at Home employees only will be considered for this position.Duties/Responsibilities:Participate in the hiring and training of RN Case ManagersDevelop and mentor RN Case ManagersEvaluate, monitor and review all productivity metrics and KPI’s that have been established for the RN Case Managers within their assigned areaConduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructiveHandle discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policyEnsure all ongoing training and education requirements are completed for all RN Case Managers in assigned areaMay be required to complete visits for RN Case Managers as neededFind and organize visit coverage based on RN availabilityPartner with Administrators to ensure all locations maintain survey readiness and escalate any potential concerns to the Clinical LeaderEducation and Experience:Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
