**_Job Summary:_**
The Nurse Manager, under the direct supervision of the Clinical Leader, will be responsible for managing all clinical processes in accordance with state and federal guidelines and regulations so that the highest level of care is provided to our patients. They will manage a team of RN Case Managers who will ensure appropriate supervision of Home Health Aides and quality care to patients. **Current Help at Home employees only will be considered for this position.**
**_Duties/Responsibilities:_**
+ Participate in the hiring and training of RN Case Managers
+ Develop and mentor RN Case Managers
+ Evaluate, monitor and review all productivity metrics and KPI’s that have been established for the RN Case Managers within their assigned area
+ Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive
+ Handle discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy
+ Ensure all ongoing training and education requirements are completed for all RN Case Managers in assigned area
+ May be required to complete visits for RN Case Managers as needed
+ Find and organize visit coverage based on RN availability
+ Partner with Administrators to ensure all locations maintain survey readiness and escalate any potential concerns to the Clinical Leader
**_Education and Experience:_**
+ Graduate of an accredited nursing school. BSN preferred (not required).
+ Two (2) years clinical nursing experience, preferably in home health/home care setting
+ Indiana or multistate RN licensure
+ Experience working with medically fragile clients, addressing medical, social and behavioral components of care
