They will manage a team of RN Case Managers who will ensure appropriate supervision of Home Health Aides and quality care to patients. **Current Help at Home employees only will be considered for this position.** **_Duties/Responsibilities:_** + Participate in the hiring and training of RN Case Managers + Develop and mentor RN Case Managers + Evaluate, monitor and review all productivity metrics and KPI’s that have been established for the RN Case Managers within their assigned area + Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive + Handle discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy + Ensure all ongoing training and education requirements are completed for all RN Case Managers in assigned area + May be required to complete visits for RN Case Managers as needed + Find and organize visit coverage based on RN availability + Partner with Administrators to ensure all locations maintain survey readiness and escalate any potential concerns to the Clinical Leader **_Education and Experience:_** + Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
