Nurse Manager (RN) 5000 Bonus

 Join our team at Allina Health Restorative Suites, a state-of-the-art 50-bed transitional and restorative care campus in Plymouth, MN. We're dedicated to redefining patient care during transitions, combining clinical excellence with a hospitality-focused environment. 

We're seeking an experienced Clinical Registered Nurse to join us as a Nurse Manager in a very busy TCU. This Full-Time position working Monday - Friday including on-call responsibilities. We offer competitive compensation with great benefits, including a $5,000 Bonus for Experienced RNs. NO WEEKENDS!!!! 

Bonus payout will be discussed in the interview.

Nurse Manager Responsibilities:

Assist the Director of Nursing with management and compliance of the nursing department.Meet high standards in the areas of administering and supervising health care services.Assume responsibility and authority for the administration of the department in the absence of the DON.Mentor RN and direct care team in quality care and customer service.Complete regular compliance audits and initiate training for improvement.Perform additional tasks as needed.Nurse Manager Skills and requirements:Excels in a high paced environment Current MN Registered Nurse (RN) license required and must be in good standing.BLS/ CPR Certificate.Knowledge of State and federal regulations.Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.Willingness to work hands-on with residents.
