Apply today for our Manager RN Observation opportunity. **Job Summary and Qualifications** **What You Will Do In Your Role:** + The Nurse Manager oversees the care of adult and geriatric patients. + Oversees the care of the adult and geriatric patients and provides for the development and evaluation of nursing staff. + Serves as a patient advocate with the health care system. **What qualifications you will need:** + At least two years as a staff Registered Nurse. + Two years management experience or charge Nurse experience in a hospital setting + Graduate of accredited school of nursing; BSN highly preferred + Current Texas Licensure with State Board of Nurse Examiners + Current BCLS certification required. + EKG Test scores of 80% or better within 8 months. Test can be repeated up to 3 times. + Maintains current clinical competence + Annual Skills Checklist + Completed Take Charge workshop + ACLS within 1 year + Code Blue certification within 8 months of hire and then every two years for ACLS. + Medication module Test score of 80% or remediation.
