Guide & Support Your Unit.  Your leadership makes the difference! As the Telemetry/Trauma Nurse Manager, you would oversee 28-beds in a busy Level II Trauma hospital. Treating patients through a widespread of telemetry and trauma on this unit, you would lead your team in providing the highest level of care while garnering a constant focus on patient safety.

Position: Nurse Manager - 3 South
Shift: Days with 24/7 Accountability

Experience:
1. 3-5 years of clinical experience in acute care nursing. Telemetry experience highly preferred. Trauma experience a plus! 
2. Prior management, supervisor, charge, coordinator, or other related leadership experience required.


Education:
1. BSN preferred, other related Bachelors Degree or pursuing required.
2. MSN or other related Masters Degree highly preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:
1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
3. Trauma certification or Leadership certification (NE-BC/NEA-BC) desired.
