**Qualifications:**
+ **Licensure:** Current RN license in Iowa.
+ **Education:** BSN required or actively pursuing.
+ **Experience:** 3-5 years of clinical experience and leadership potential.
+ **Certifications:** BLS within 6 weeks, Mandatory Reporter training within 3 months.
