Short Description The Nurse Navigator II is an integral part of the Oncology Multidisciplinary Team.
The NN II supports, educates, identifies barriers to care and assists patients and families adjust to a new cancer diagnosis. This role helps patients navigate the complexity of the healthcare system and contributes to improved patient outcomes and patient and provider satisfaction.
Experience Required

Minimum of 2 years Oncology Nursing experience and program development background a plus.

Education Requirements

MSN Degrees required.

License/Certification Requirements

Current NJ-RN License, MSN required.
