**Responsibilities** The Nurse Navigator serves as a single point of contact for Hematology/Oncology/Radiation patients, their caregivers, and referring physicians to assist in accessing clinical and supportive services across the care continuum. This position will facilitate patient appointments, including diagnostics, specialty services, and consults, as well as offer educational and emotional support **Job Title: Nurse Navigator - Radiation Oncology** **Location:** **Remote** **Department:** **Radiation Oncology** **Job Type: Full Time** **Salary Range: $89,019 - $109,964 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)** **Qualifications** **Education** Required: Graduate from an approved RN program Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing **Experience** Required: 2+ years clinical RN experience 1+ year oncology experience and/or related Preferred: Ambulatory care experience Navigation experience **License(s)** Required: Valid and current Texas RN license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Assoc.
