We are currently seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to fill an opening in Taylorsville, NC. Will provide preventative, acute and chronic medical care for adults. RESPONSIBILITIES + Provide comprehensive exams, preventative care, of acute and chronic health conditions + Treatment. + Conducts histories and physical examinations and prescribes medications and/or medical treatments based on best practice standards. + Patient load 8-10 per day JOB DETAILS: + W2 + medical/dental/vision benefits & 401K + Full Time M-F (8AM - 4:30PM) + No call or weekends required + Credentialing Estimate: 3 weeks REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS + Active/Unrestricted NC Nurse Practitioner’s License + BLS/ACLS Certification + Active/unrestricted DEA + 1 year experience preferred
