Summary

LifeBridge Health Medical Group is seeking a full-time Family Medicine CRNP to join four board-certified physicians and four Advanced Practice Providers in an established, hospital-employed, primary care practice located in Hampstead, MD.

Hampstead is approximately 30 miles north of Baltimore city. Carroll County offers activities for a wide range of interests. For nature lovers, the county features 24 public parks with athletic fields, picnic areas, walking, hiking and equestrian trails.
