Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide primary and preventive care to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for serving the community.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including health history and physical examinations.Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate.Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.Participate in community outreach and health education programs.

Qualifications:

Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Massachusetts.DEA RegistrationControlled Substance RegistrationMinimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner.Strong clinical skills and knowledge of primary care practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to underserved populations.
