What you’ll do
You will be responsible for the provision of preventative medial, palliative, and educational services to promote patient health and wellness. You will also conduct comprehensive medical and social histories and perform physical examinations on healthy, acutely ill, chronically ill patients or terminal patients.

Current unencumbered license for the state of Ohio to practice as a Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) requiredCurrent Certificate of Prescriptive Authority or Externship Certificate to PrescribeTwo years’ experience in the home health and/or hospice field requiredCurrent and valid driver’s license as well as acceptable driving record required Location InformationOhio Living is among the country's leading comprehensive resources on aging well.
