Description + work for local hospitals in urology department + Conduct patient assessments and create personalized treatment plans + Order and interpret diagnostic tests + prescribe medications + Educate and counsel patients on health promotion and disease prevention + Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to manage patient care + Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation + Manage overall patient care and devise individualized care plans + Set up and monitor medical equipment + Communicate test results to patients and their families  Skills primary care, urgent care, hospital, urology Additional Skills & Qualifications + Current and unrestricted DEA and CDS + Current BLS certification + current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license & Master's degree in nursing from accredited program + 1-2 years of experience as Nurse Practitioner in primary care or urgent care setting + Urology experience preferred, not required + Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $130000.00 401K package$1K a year reimbursement to be used for continuing education or licensure7 holidays off per year Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Jersey City,NJ.
