Description

Work for local hospitals in urology department

Conduct patient assessments and create personalized treatment plans

Order and interpret diagnostic tests

prescribe medications

Educate and counsel patients on health promotion and disease prevention

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to manage patient care

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation

Manage overall patient care and devise individualized care plans

Set up and monitor medical equipment

Communicate test results to patients and their families

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $130000.00

401K package
$1K a year reimbursement to be used for continuing education or licensure
7 holidays off per year

This is a fully onsite position in Jersey City,NJ.
