Seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner for a uniqueopportunity to work one day in three different locations in the Lexington area,KY. Enjoy excellent compensation while making a meaningful impact in diversecommunities. Will be paid for drive time.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive exams and preventative care for allAdolescents. Treatment of acute and chronic health conditions. Conducts histories and physical examinations andprescribes medications and/or medical treatments based on best practicestandards. Develops treatment plans in collaboration with patients;educates and advises on medical

Flexible hours M-F   No call or weekends required Start Date: ASAP Credentialing Estimate: 1 month

 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Active/Unrestricted KY Nurse Practitioner’s License BLS/ACLS Certification Active/unrestricted DEA1 year experience preferred
