Position Highlights:

Provide care for infants and their families in the Delivery Room, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Step Down Nursery, and Special Care NurseryAssist in the case management of complex neonatal patients through assessing, monitoring, and evaluating careProvide consultations for neonatal patients with issues such as fluid and electrolyte imbalances, ventilation issues, anemia, jaundice, necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC), periventricular leukomalacia (PVL), intraventricular hemorrhage (IVH), retinopathy of prematurity (ROP), transient tachypnea of the newborn (TTN) and/or other unusual complicationPromote preventative care and health maintenance through individual education and counselingPosition Requirements:
Master's degree in nursing (MSN) requiredCertification as a NNP from the National Certification Corporation (NCC)1-year experience within the past 3 years as a Nurse Practitioner in a Neonatal UnitAny state licenseBLS, PALS, NRP, STABLE certifications
