**Responsibilities**
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our outpatient Structural Valve Clinic team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional care to patients with valve disorders, including those undergoing advanced valvular procedures such as Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), MitraClip, Tricuspid Valve interventions, left atrial appendage occlusion devices and Paravalvular Leak (PVL) repairs. The APP will play a vital role within a multidisciplinary team, overseeing patient care from the initial evaluation through post-procedure follow-up. Additionally, there is an opportunity to support the inpatient structural consult service by assisting with real-time consultations for hospitalized patients.
Job Expectations:
+ Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and manage care for patients with valvular disease.
+ Assist with coordination of care for complex procedures
+ Opportunity to assist with developing individualized treatment plans, including pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions.
+ Educate patients and their families on disease processes, management strategies, lifestyle modifications, and medication adherence.
+ Collaborate with fellow APPs, cardiologists, research teams, cardiovascular interventionalists and cardiovascular surgeons for comprehensive care.

**Qualifications**
Masters or Doctorate prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner. Current Minnesota RN license and certification as a FNP or ANP.
Or graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and licensure as a PA by the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.
Must be eligible for DEA registration and billing privileges.
Cardiology experience preferred but not required.
