Key Position Details:
Allina Health Minneapolis Heart Institute is seeking a Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider to join the practice based at United Hospital in St. Paul.
1.0 position. 40 hours per week10 hour work daysOutpatient position.Clinic locations include St. Paul - east metro coverage and Western WisconsinThis role will primarily support general cardiology.Position includes weekend rounding in the hospital approximately 3-4 weekends per year.EMR: Epic is one of the most comprehensive electronic health record (EHR) systems in the nation.Job Description:
Principle Responsibilities:
Completes comprehensive patient assessmentsDetermines diagnosis and treatment of illnessOrders and interprets medical diagnostics in tandem with attending physicianPrescribes medications, treatments, therapy and medical equipmentConducts patient education when working to manage chronic illness or wellness careRequired Qualifications:
Master's degree - Completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $55.24 to $76.43 per hourThe pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
