Providence Medical Associates is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team in Los Angeles, California. This role involves managing complex cases such as heart failure, strokes, dementia, and some wound care, while providing compassionate care planning discussions with patients and families. Candidates with hospice and palliative care experience, as well as expertise in managing senior and complex patients, are highly desired. Where You’ll Work

Providence Medical Associates is a 200-provider multispecialty medical group in Los Angeles serving communities in the greater South Bay, mid-Los Angeles, and San Fernando Valley. PMA provides the full spectrum of integrated care with a strong base of adult primary care physicians, pediatricians and OBGYNs, a broad range of adult specialties, four urgent care centers, a hospitalist team, post-acute ambulatory and SNF care, and pharmacist and behavioral health support.
