Providence Medical Group is seeking a team-oriented, board-certified physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join their Orthopedic Hospitalist Team in a full-time role. This position is inpatient-focused, treating Orthopedic trauma patients arriving in the emergency department who need inpatient interventions, surgical procedures and post operative clinic care. Enjoy unparalleled quality of life in the heart of the Pacific Northwest from the community of Everett, Washington. * Opportunity to work independently within a supportive and experienced team. * Generous job scope, including inpatient care, OR assisting, consults, procedural care, and limited outpatient clinic required. * Full-time position with no call * Day shift-based position, with 12-hour shifts and block schedule rotations providing flexibility and great work life balance * 1+ years of surgical specialty experience and first assist certification is required, inpatient, hospital-based experience preferred * Experience in orthopedics preferred, but other specialties are welcome to apply * Compensation is between $148,474 and $202,612 annually based on years of licensure. * The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
