Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing Vascular Surgery team in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

The Vascular Surgery team in Northwest Wisconsin is a progressive and innovative Vascular surgery practice.  Currently, the practice consists of two fellowship trained Vascular surgeons.  The position is a non-operative position, primarily working in the inpatient and outpatient setting.  

The Vascular Surgery team functions as a larger team-based care team that include Cardiology, Vascular Medicine, Interventional Radiology, Cardiovascular Surgery and General Surgery.  The team-based atmosphere requires an ability to collaborate and work well as part of a larger team with strong communication skills a must.

The practice will be a mix between routine clinical practice, surgery and academics.



Qualifications

Nurse Practitioner: Masters-prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. Current WI RN and APRN license and certification as an APNP.  

Physician Assistant: Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the WI State Board of Medical Practice.

BLS certification and DEA registration are required.
