HealthPartners is looking for Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team at our HealthPartners Well at Work Eagan Clinic. Being a part of our team means you will have an impact on the care that our patients receive every day.
This position is part of our Well at Work department. Well at Work Clinics are employer-based clinics. Our family nurse practitioners and physician assistants work independently to provide preventive and same-day medical care to employees and their immediate family members while partnering with employers, patients and colleagues to support the health and wellness of the employee population. A strong commitment to corporate wellness health coaching, employee health and consumer education and promotion of the Well at Work program to client employees. A strong interest, training or experience in formal behavior change coaching techniques.
This position will be located in Eagan, MN.
As a Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant, you will be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities. The position requires a current unrestricted medical license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Experience preferred.

WORK SCHEDULE:
Sunday: OFF
Monday: OFF
Tuesday: OFF
Wednesday: OFF
Thursday: 9:30am - 6:00pm
Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm, every other; second Saturday of pay period.
