We are seeking a NP / PA – Outpatient Hematology and Stem Cell Transplant and Cellular Therapy to:
Work with Hematology and Stem Cell Transplant and Cellular Therapy patients, specifically with lymphoma and myeloma diagnoses in the outpatient setting. Conduct comprehensive health history, physical assessment and management of patients with hematologic conditions and those undergoing active treatment, surveillance, stem cell transplant and/or receiving cellular therapy. Perform procedures required for disease evaluation and treatment such as: Chemotherapy prescribing privileges, Skin punch biopsy, Bone marrow biopsies with/without conscious sedation, Lumbar puncture, and Intrathecal chemotherapy administration.At UW Health, you will have:

Minimum –
If Nurse Practitioner: Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from accredited Nursing Program.
If Physician Assistant: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from accredited PA Program.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum – State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure
If Nurse Practitioner*:
Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND Active board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice.If Physician Assistant*:
Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND Active PA board certificationAll Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have*: Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
*Active license or eligibility to obtain active licensure in state of practice. This may include licensing in Wisconsin and other state(s) of practice.
