**Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG)** is a physician led and accountable 650+ provider multispecialty group that has an excellent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team of established Internists and APP’s at the Eagle Health Plaza. Our group is looking for a PA or NP who is committed to a multi-disciplinary team-based approach to care and who can provide this care in a high quality and compassionate manner healing the body, mind, and spirit. We utilize EPIC EHR.
Well-qualified candidates should be passionate and knowledgeable about adult health issues, possess a general internal medicine background and desire to develop outpatient-based practices in support of our growing multi-specialty medical group within a regionally integrated healthcare system. The affiliated hospital, Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center (SARMC), operates a 24-7 adult medicine hospitalist service. The adult medicine hospitalists are the primary admitting service for the vast majority of primary care providers in the Saint Alphonsus network.
**Requirements:**
+ Successful completion of NP or PA Graduate Program (Masters Level) AANP or ANCC certification for Nurse Practitioners
+ NCCPA certification for Physician Assistants
+ Current, unrestricted license in Idaho
+ Valid controlled substance registration with the Idaho Board of Pharmacy and DEA
+ 2 years of experience in Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Urgent Care preferred, not required
