Job Title: Orthopedic Non-Surgical Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Orthopedic Non-Surgical Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans under the supervision of the Orthopedic Surgeon
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans
- Administer injections and medications as prescribed by the Orthopedic Surgeon
- Provide patient education on injury prevention, treatment options, and rehabilitation exercises
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
- Current certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Orthopedics
- Strong knowledge of non-surgical treatment options for orthopedic injuries and conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
