Job Description 

Northwest Health Urgent Care   is looking for a  Nurse Practitioner  to join their team.

Details of the position:

 NP will rotate between 3 urgent care locations (Valparaiso , La Porte, and Michigan City)Full Time (0.9FTE)12 hour shifts, shifts to include every 3rd weekendOpen to new gradsCollaborative, supportive team of physicians, nurse practitioners and practice support staff
