Our Grad Nurse Residency Program for Spring/Summer Grad Nurses offers placements across a variety of units, including:

Trauma General Surgery

Behavioral Health

Clinic (Outpatient Float Pool)

Tele

Ortho Joint Trauma

Ortho Med/Surg

Trauma Med/Surg

Heart & Vascular Step-Down Unit

Neuro Step-Down Unit

Medical Oncology

Float Pool (Inpatient Clinical Support Unit)

Things You Should Know 

Our residency programs have a few requirements that must be met prior to starting: 

Must have a Nursing Degree (ADN, BSN, MSN).

An Idaho RN license (some units require secondary licensure in the state of Oregon).

Multistate licenses must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire.

An active and unexpired Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification from either AHA, ARC, or the Military Training Network. 

Additional certification may be required depending on the unit.
