Position Objective The Graduate Nurse, under the supervision of a preceptor or charge nurse, is responsible to meet the complete nursing needs of assigned patients utilizing the nursing process and following medical orders The Graduate Nurse is responsible to perform in accordance to the New Hampshire Nurse Practice Act, CMS guidelines, the Patient/Resident Bill of Rights and the applicable governing body standards of care

 

Performance Expectation Temporary Graduate License to be replaced with an RN nursing license within 120 days of being issued the temporary license To follow all performance expectations of the RN job description of the assigned unit under the supervision of a preceptor or charge nurse.
