you and are committed to empower you to successfully navigate your professional nursing journey We have partnered with the VizientAACN Nurse Residency Programtrade to provide resources to help new nurses gain confidence and increase competence during this month program Your well being as a new nurse is enhanced through hands on training and processing clinical experiences Nurse Residents will be hired directly to a specialty area where they will receive focused clinical education The positions offered vary based on the needs of the hospital and may include Med Surg Telemetry Emergency and Operating Room In addition to clinical immersion on the unit Nurse Residents meet in a classroom format to share experiences and receive additional education and trainingWho is enrolled in a nurse residency programbull Every newly licensed RN completion of NCLEX with active CT RN license with less than one year experiencebull Program enrollment is based on hire dateGraduates of this month
